PAT Pathway Consult
A single session to find your way to psychedelic-assisted therapy — clearly, safely, and legally.
Psychedelic-assisted therapy is now legally available in Australia for certain conditions, through authorised psychiatrists and their teams. Finding your way to it, though, can be genuinely confusing: which pathways exist, what assessment involves, whether it's the right fit for where you are, and what would help you prepare.
This consultation is for exactly that.
What we do together
In a single 90-minute session, we will:
- Explore your situation, your hopes, and your intentions for this work
- Map the legal pathways currently available in Western Australia, and what each involves
- Talk honestly about readiness — including the somatic and relational preparation that supports this work well
- Prepare a referral to an appropriate prescribing team, written with your consent (where it fits)
- Identify what would serve you first — which may include preparatory psychotherapy, other supports, or simply clearer information (where the timing isn't right)
You will leave with a clear picture of your options and a considered next step — whichever direction that turns out to be.
What this consultation is not
This is not a suitability assessment. Eligibility for psychedelic-assisted therapy is always determined by the treating psychiatrist and their team — that authority is theirs, and rightly so. My role is navigation and preparation: helping you understand your options, preparing you for their assessment process, and identifying the things they will want to explore with you.
I do not provide access to psychedelic substances, and I do not provide or endorse underground services.
Practical details
- Duration: 90 minutes, in person Fremantle or Subiaco or via telehealth
- Fee: $200 — payable at the time of the session
- Before we meet: a short consent form will be sent with your booking confirmation
- Afterwards: where a referral is prepared, it is shared only with your explicit consent, and you receive a copy
